We understand that not everyone operates on a regular schedule. If you are unable to find an appointment time that works for you, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please refrain from wearing strong scents as they may cause adverse reactions in allergic or sensitive clients.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours' notice may result in a $50 fee.

We want to ensure you feel safe and comfortable in our facility. Our clinic diligently follows Covid-19 and infection control policies and procedures as set out by the Ministry of Health, Waterloo Region Public Health and the Canadian Association of Clinical Thermography.

Medical disclaimer

Thermography records skin-surface temperature patterns and is used alongside — not instead of — clinical examination, mammography and the other tests your health care provider recommends. A report does not diagnose disease. Please keep to the screening schedule your provider advises, and follow up on any suspicious finding with appropriate testing.
